Kiyo revisited WIP - flatcolor

So, I took an old RP character, Nagakura Kiyoko (Kiyo for short), and recycled her name and bits of personality. I'm really hoping s Samurai Dueler's League still has open slots...

Even if it isn't, I'm going to finish this. I really like her!
