final project for metalsmithing class, decided to go crazy. xD

Retook the photos (I suck with the camera xD) and they look good now!

Bronze casting (Red stands at 2" tall) using the 'lost wax' method. 11 hours to make the wax figure, a good 2-3 for fixing up, "polishing", and about another 6-7 hours for painting.
And, actually, the saw didn't come out in the casting, so I sawed it off (haha!) and soldered a piece of silver onto the handle! huzzah!
Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, an obscene amount of swearing went into this as well. xD I thought "Oh, this'll be a fun way to end the semester!" Uh, yeah, much pain. xDDD

I've never actually painted models before (or even MADE one, for that matter!), so I didn't have the skills to give her a face. xD
And the bubbles on the floor were a casting mistake, but I thought they were cool and kept them. Teacher's not going to like it, though. Oh, well.
